The app is okay. It is easy to get started and has cheap enough prices, but I had a service issue where every time the sim would switch between networks/carriers, I'd lose data service and had to restart the phone every time. It's pretty annoying as I've had to make sure the data is working every few hours, as there is no notification, and just moving around within the town would trigger it.

Very inconsistent service. Most of the time not working at all. Ended up buying a different esim. It was the cheapest option for 3gb over 30 days. Sometimes strangely also not working for specific websites.

Customer service is inexistent.
Tried 3 times, not a single response. Very frustrating.
Voice service is patchy. Does not work on AT&T. Workaround is a voice over data solution for which you need a QR code that is delivered by customer service, if they exist.
So no voice :(
Activation was ok.

I had initial problems setting it up and the online chat support guy was excellent in helping me sort it out.
